Having broken my L5 vertebrae a few years back, proper form is critical for me. A slight wrong move can easily cause pain for me. Erin is not only watching my form to make sure I do each move correctly, but also helping me build muscle to prevent further injuries. 

Erin also listens to what you want to improve on and helps create a work out especially for that. It’s amazing to see the dedication she puts towards creating a challenging yet fun workout!
